When can I have it?

You’ve seen it, you liked it, you’ve paid for it … so you want to have it!

I understand this.

I keep what I need to make most of the designs in stock so that I can supply you within a couple of days. Some of the gold rings may take a little longer as I don’t stock all the shanks and stones at all times.

If you need it for a birthday or a special event then please tell me in the Order Notes box of the shopping cart when you order and if, for some reason, I can’t meet the deadline I will let you know straight away.

Australia, New Zealand and other International Destinations

There’s no point in having keenly priced jewellery if it costs and arm and a leg to get it from me to you. I therefore use discounted shipping rates to send goods beyond the U.K.
Most goods will travel by Royal Mail’s ‘Tracked and Signed’ service. This will cost you AU$15.00 and should reach you in 5 -7 days.
If you want it faster then you can opt for a courier service at AU$40.00 and expect it within 3-5 days.

When I was in Winchester, my workshop was next to a Cardboard Engineering firm and, with them, I developed a range of stylish boxes in matt-laminated cardboard with little triangular nickle silver triggers which lock the draw into the box.

The ring box was inspired by a cute prism shaped matchbox that I found in a hotel in Hampshire. The ring is slipped onto a rolled up satin foam pad within the box.

They seem to go down well with my clients although, apparently, they are a nightmare to gift-wrap!

What if I don’t like it?

You can return anything for any reason as long as it’s within 30 days and it’s sent back in it’s original condition. Each piece is sent out with a guarantee and returns form with all the details of how to return it.

What if it doesn’t fit?

All rings are sent out with a ring sizer. If the ring doesn’t fit then you get one sizing for free. I appreciate that it might be a hassle to send it back to the U.K. but I will ship the resized ring back promptly and without charge. Alternatively you can find someone to size it locally although this will probably cost you more than sending it back to me.

The same goes for bangles and bracelets: If it’s a bangle then you can either measure one that you have that does fit twist up a length of wire that will just pass over your hand. For bracelets you can supply a length that will fit you well.
